Lead Times/Delivery: All of our products are designed and produced by hand in Portland, OR. Almost everything on our site is made to order, so please expect up to 2 weeks for delivery. All orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Please contact us if you prefer a different carrier.

Exchanges/Returns:

We want you to love whatever you purchase from plainMADE! If you are unsatisfied in any way, please email us immediately (within 14 days from the date we send your piece) and we will issue a refund, minus shipping costs, or make an exchange. Timeliness is incredibly important here as we are a very small business, making everything by hand. Refunds/exchanges will be issued after we receive the piece and make sure it has been returned in the same condition it was sent out. Many of our pieces are incredibly delicate, so please take care in the re-packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping/delivery confirmation.
